Is 70 the minimum or maximum age by Bible Standard?

Psalm 90:10
"Seventy years are given to us! Some even live to eighty. But even the best years are filled with pain and trouble; soon they disappear, and we fly away. - New Living Translation (2007)

Is good health worth fighting for? Is there a need for desiring long life? Why not just indulge; hit 70 years of age and die?

Food for Thought! Please comment!!

Introducing Lifestyle in Eden

This is one of many brands under the 1984 Company. 1984 is an Information Company that deals in providing platforms to fill information gaps in the Nigerian society.

It is said that Health is Wealth and yet little to no attention is being given to our health. 'Everyone must die of something,' my friend would say but the real killer out there is not disease but ignorance.

Ignorance has taken the lives of many. Many people are just walking around in pain and worry due to an illness that has a simple solution in nature. From weight loss to cancer; from diabetes to arthritis, there is no human organ that doesn't have its battery provided in nature.

All you need to do is plug in and we would take you on a ride through the 'Garden of Eden' - a garden of health and vitality.

Cheers

Study after study links calcium and weight loss. Broccoli is not only high in calcium, but is also loaded with vitamin C, which boosts calcium absorption.

This member of the nutritious cabbage family also has plenty of vitamin A, folate and fiber. Try it chopped in your salad, or sautéed and used in an omelet or as a side dish.
